If you answered YES to any of these questions then join my colleague, Limor Weinstein, and myself for a FREE monthly support group for young women!

In this group you will:

  • Learn evidence-based skills to improve your confidence and self-esteem from two licensed therapists
  • Explore how cultural and familial structures contribute to your feelings about yourself and your body
  • Have space to share your story (if you want!) and hear the stories of other women in a safe and supportive community
  • Connect with other young women who want to empower each other!

Coaching is a form of support that doesn’t involve clinical interventions or working through mental health concerns the way therapy does. The life area you may need coaching on may include:

  • Sports
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Life changes
  • And more!

During our first video coaching session, we will do THREE THINGS:

  1. Identify the challenge you are experiencing
  2. Develop specific and concrete goals that address this challenge
  3. Breakdown these goals into initial action steps that make them manageable and "accomplishable," starting with steps you can take the very same day

After our first session, we will schedule regular (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) online sessions based on how often you need or want to meet that will act as regular accountability and support for the goals you are trying to accomplish.


In just a few sessions, you will start to see changes in yourself and your life. You will feel informed and taken care of in braving the life area you are working on.


Most of all, that challenge will no longer be a burden you are dreading to deal with, it will be an experience of growth and learning that is manageable and that you know you can overcome!

  1. Identify the challenges you are experiencing and how they relate to your mental health
  2. Collaborate to establish specific and concrete goals to overcome these challenges and strengthen your mental health
  3. Develop a plan, including initial action steps, to accomplish those goals

I will guide and support you using person-centered, strengths-based, and compassion-focused approaches while always keeping in mind an evolutionary psychology and social justice perspective to your problems and solutions.

We will schedule regular (weekly or bi-weekly) online 45- or 60-minute video sessions based on how often you need or want to meet for sessions.

After just a few sessions, you will begin experimenting with new ideas and strategies in your life that we come up with together. You will see and feel concrete changes and the journey to accomplish your goals will be well on its way.

Most of all, you will take CHARGE of your life.

Why Online Yoga?

You’ve gone to a yoga class before and it wasn’t what you thought it would be. The teacher used fancy words you didn’t follow and the students seemed to know exactly what to do at every single moment except for you. Everyone looked like a yoga model straight out of an athletics magazine and all you wanted was to feel good and peaceful.

You feel out of place and uncomfortable in this so-called non-judgmental, welcoming space and you’re frustrated at not having found it.

I work with women and the LGBTQ+ community to build personal yoga practices in the comfort of your own home. Whether your goal is to enhance flexibility, achieve a particular pose, decrease stress, or anything else, I create a *tailored* 45- or 60-minute flow specially designed to your goal.

During our first video yoga session, we will do THREE THINGS:

  1. Identify goals and needs for you personal practice
  2. DO YOGA
  3. Develop a plan how future practices will get you closer to your goals

After our first session, we will schedule regular (weekly or bi-weekly) online sessions to get your practice started.

In just a few sessions together, you will already feel the difference in your physical, mental, and spiritual life. You will learn things about your body and your mind and the connection between them that you had no idea about before.

Queer Yoga
