I work with women and the LGBTQ+ community to build personal yoga practices in the comfort of your own home. Whether your goal is to enhance flexibility, achieve a particular pose, decrease stress, or anything else, I create a *tailored* 45- or 60-minute flow specially designed to your goal.
During our first video yoga session, we will do THREE THINGS:
- Identify goals and needs for you personal practice
- DO YOGA
- Develop a plan how future practices will get you closer to your goals
After our first session, we will schedule regular (weekly or bi-weekly) online sessions to get your practice started.
In just a few sessions together, you will already feel the difference in your physical, mental, and spiritual life. You will learn things about your body and your mind and the connection between them that you had no idea about before.
