Join me every Sunday for 45 minutes of serenity.

This weekly class is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" system) while DE-activating your sympathetic nervous system (the "fight or flight" system), which many of us have been stuck in recently.

Each class begins with a breathing exercise to ground us and bring our attention internally. This is followed by a sequence of restorative poses and gentle mini-flows. Class always ends with a nourishing guided meditation.

This class is pay-what-you-can. Any tips/donations are humbly appreciated and allow me to keep offering it.
