My name is Marissa Tolero and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor. My mission is to support and empower women and the LGBTQ+ community by uniting yoga and mental health.

Yoga and therapy have been a constant source of growth and healing in my life. Some of my greatest life lessons and self-discoveries have occurred on the yoga mat and the therapy couch. I still practice what yoga and therapy have taught me (and continue to teach) every day. Now I invite YOU to see what yoga+therapy have to offer.
